V-Coil Thread Repair kit used to repair damaged or stripped threads and return the newly repaired thread back to the original size. This kit offers a complete thread repair solution. It includes the required drill, the V-Coil tap, an installation tool, a number of wire thread inserts and a tang break tool. All of the component parts are made to the highest levels of quality as you would expect from a leading German thread repair brand. The V-Coil tap is manufactured from High Speed Steel. It has been precision thread ground to ensure a quality finish for exceptional thread cutting. It is supplied as a 'finishing' tap which is comparable to a 'second' or 'intermediate' lead. The required drill that is included in this kit is also manufactured from High Speed Steel (HSS).
